Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Operations Manager to oversee the management of our distribution centres and ensure seamless customer order fulfillment. This role involves leading continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining best-in-class standards in logistics performance and cost optimization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in managing 3PLs, driving performance improvements, and implementing best practices. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control, managing damaged stocks, and tracking KPIs (warehouse occupancy, inbound/outbound efficiencies, OTIF, inventory accuracies) to optimize DC operations.

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our business by improving logistics performance and reducing costs while maintaining high service levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Proven track record in managing 3PLs, driving performance improvements, and implementing best practices
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG-specific logistics challenges
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and data analysis abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • APICS CLTD, CPIM, CSCP certification is a plus
