Restaurant Management Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • To develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • To collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the F&B and Hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
  • Experience with scheduling and labor cost management.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and restaurant POS systems.
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
