Optimizing Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing patient experiences by optimizing their journeys.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of clinical operations and be able to collaborate with various stakeholders to design and plan hospital services. Key responsibilities include:
- Attending workshops to provide input on hospital design planning
- Leading discussions on road-mapping hospital development from clinical service planning to infrastructure development and resourcing works
- Collaborating with consultants, medical planners, and internal stakeholders to develop service flow design and planning parameters
- Facilitating workshops and coordinating meetings to understand project requirements and develop appropriate methodologies and technologies
- Developing end-user briefs, operations requirements, guidelines, and work processes
Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing business cases to seek approvals for infrastructure growth and associated funding, tracking progress, and providing updates to management.
