Emotional Support Specialist

The successful candidates will be responsible for the hands-on execution of funeral services, ensuring that every detail is handled with the utmost care and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of funeral service venues, including the arrangement of floral displays, and other ceremonial items.
  • Manage the transportation of the deceased to and from various locations.
  • Provide compassionate and respectful support to grieving families.
  • Provide support during funeral services, including guiding attendees and assisting with ceremonial duties.
  • Maintain and prepare funeral service equipment and vehicles.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Perform other related duties as required to ensure smooth operation of funeral services.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).
  • High level of empathy, compassion, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in funeral services or related fields is a plus, but not required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is advantageous.
