Senior Elder Care Coordinator Role

About the Position

The role of Senior Elder Care Coordinator involves overseeing funeral cases and memorial services for our elderly members. This is a critical responsibility that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Coordinate and manage all assigned funeral cases, ensuring timely and dignified service delivery.
  • Liaise with families, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage logistics and documentation.
  • Provide emotional support and information to clients or their families over the phone.
  • Accurately input and maintain funeral case data in our database.
  • Ensure timely updates and data integrity for reporting purposes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing funeral cases from assignment to completion.
  • Coordinating with families and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to clients and their families.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data in our database.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate individual who can provide excellent customer service and work well under pressure.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Social Work or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Mature and independent with strong communication skills.
  • Good understanding of social services and VWO settings.
  • Proficiency in software applications for documentation and reporting.
