- We are looking for a Risk Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing and enhancing our Risk Management and Governance process.
- You will perform regular compliance reviews in line with our current Risk Policy and Bullion Risk Assurance Program.
- Reporting quarterly risk outcomes to senior management, you will monitor compliance with license requirements and ensure effective insurance coverage.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks to the business.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Report on risk outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Degree qualified in Business, Finance or Accounting.
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in risk management and compliance activities.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of Compliance or Audit or Risk Management including advising stakeholders on key risks and mitigation strategy associated with commercial arrangements.
- Guiding management on risk remediation related to address control deficiencies and/or process gaps.
- Placement of insurance coverage.
- Conducting Business continuity exercises.
