Kitchen Sanitation Specialist

As a hotel dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing all kitchenware, equipment, and the work area. This includes scraping, rinsing, loading, and unloading dishwashing machines, hand-washing pots and pans, and maintaining a clean kitchen by sweeping and mopping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchenware, equipment, and the work area.
- Operating dishwashing machines and hand-washing pots and pans.
- Maintaining a clean kitchen environment through sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assisting with food and supply receiving, reporting maintenance issues, and helping with other kitchen tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be adaptable to changing priorities, and be able to work well under pressure.
