Job Title: Kitchen Sanitation Specialist

This is a dynamic role in the kitchen where you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, equipment, and kitchen surfaces to ensure a clean working environment.

• Maintain dishwashing equipment, check soap levels, and replace filters as required.

• Sort and store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in their designated areas.

• Remove trash, clean floors, and maintain overall kitchen sanitation.

• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support tasks when required.

• Follow health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement but basic literacy is preferred.

• Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is an advantage but not essential.

• Physically fit to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
