Project Management Position

The Project Manager shall liaise with stakeholders on requirements gathering, evaluation, and procurement processes. The individual will own the end-to-end procurement activities and support the Infrastructure Services team in Public Healthcare systems.

  • Manage project lifecycle from RFP to delivery.
  • Plan and allocate manpower resources to meet project objectives.
  • Drive procurement activities, including scope and funding approval.
  • Establish project management framework in line with QMS procedures.
  • Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan covering scope, objectives, governance, contracts, schedule, budget, risks, and communication.
  • Update stakeholders on progress, issues, risks, and budgets.
  • Manage project finances and cash flow.
  • Ensure deliverables meet requirements using a Requirement Traceability Matrix.
  • Ensure compliance with policies such as Security and Data Management.
  • Review deliverables to minimize rework and system failures.
  • Guide risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans during planning.
  • Implement communication plans for stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related; Master's preferred.
  • 5-7 years of IT Infrastructure project management experience, focusing on systems and networks.
  • PMP or similar certification is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
