Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as an ISO-Team Representative and effectively manage public relation issues, general project queries with residents, plan and coordinate works.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and launch public relation programs for Electrical Load Upgrading Programme (ELUP), including preparing circulars, letters, and notices.
  • Conduct surveys on flat conditions to ensure residents are informed and satisfied.
  • Prepare and disseminate information to stakeholders regarding work activities nearby, conducting regular visits to affected residents/tenants.
  • Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints related to projects, following up on actions to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties, such as residents, contractors, consultants, and authorities, to ensure smooth operation procedures during upgrading work, taking proactive measures to mitigate construction-related complaints.
  • Participate in project meetings, conduct site condition surveys, prepare prevention/solution reports, and submit them to consultants and other involved parties.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships among organizations, stakeholders, and the public.
