Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned expert in stakeholder engagement and strategy development to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of our global partnerships and engagement division's stakeholder engagement strategies.

You will be responsible for ensuring these strategies are aligned with our agency's broader policies and goals while fostering robust collaborations across sectors and agencies.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy that meets our policy and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to synergize regional outreach strategies on communicable diseases matters.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement processes and SOPs for streamlined workflows across divisions.
  • Monitor and maintain records of external engagements, including international interactions, to track relationships and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with existing and potential stakeholders, identifying opportunities for cross-sector collaboration.
Leadership Role
  • Lead and maintain oversight of internal and external stakeholder engagement efforts.
  • Organize and lead targeted engagement events to foster relationship-building and collaboration across sectors.
  • Identify new opportunities for engagement, exploring innovative partnerships and outreach strategies.
  • Actively participate in specific engagement activities alongside senior management and technical units.
Cross-Functional Teamwork
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage an agency-wide CRM system and database.
  • Oversee accurate and timely recording of communications to support ongoing relationship management.

This role focuses on targeted stakeholder engagement. Community or public engagements are managed by other teams within our organization.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement and strategy development.
  • Experience in government agencies or related healthcare institutions is preferred.
  • Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and participating in stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and networking abilities, with a meticulous approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to manage pressure and respond proactively to changing priorities.
