Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our strategic engagement initiatives with schools and institutions, driving outreach and influence for our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stakeholder engagement, event management, and education, with a proven track record of managing large-scale events and educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage partnerships with secondary schools, junior colleges, polytechnics, and other education stakeholders to increase our organization's outreach and influence.
  • Lead and oversee the design and execution of hands-on learning engagements that showcase our organization's offerings to prospective students.
  • Collaborate with faculty members, student volunteers, and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Design and implement evaluation metrics to measure the effectiveness and reach of engagement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A recognized degree in Communications, Events Management, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, outreach, or event leadership, preferably in education or public sector.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale events and educational programs.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
