Senior Volunteer Leadership Position

This leadership role is designed for a seasoned professional with a passion for volunteer management and development. The successful candidate will lead the organization's volunteer management functions, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure effective volunteer engagement and sustainable support for humanitarian programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and volunteer management experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance volunteer recruitment, retention, and recognition, as well as building partnerships with key stakeholders to amplify the impact of volunteer efforts.

  • Lead the organization's volunteer management function, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure effective volunteer engagement and sustainable support for humanitarian programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance volunteer recruitment, retention, and recognition, including the design and delivery of training and development programs.
  • BUILD PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS TO AMPLIFY THE IMPACT OF VOLUNTEER EFFORTS.
