As part of their business expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager to join their high-performance team and strategize and implement sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective B2C sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
  • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to implement sales campaigns, promotions, and events that drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales professionals, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
  • Setting performance goals, conducting regular reviews, and providing coaching to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and generating reports to track progress against targets and inform decision-making.
  • Providing regular updates to senior management on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field, including proven managerial experience.
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software to manage leads, track performance, and generate reports.
