Citi, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Collateral Management Analyst. This is an intermediate-level position responsible for supporting clients in the Asia-Pacific region with their collateral management requirements and projects.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead oversight of collateral operations activities, support business-as-usual collateral management activities, and manage the onboarding and implementation of new client requirements. They will also work closely with the technology organization to determine product/process feasibility and collaborate with the operations team to ensure they are kept up-to-date with any new functionality.

Key qualifications for this role include 2-5 years of experience in a related field, such as collateral operations or security services, with exposure to client implementations or project management. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead oversight of collateral operations activities that are managed from our India team for APAC clients
  • Support BAU collateral management activities for APAC clients where required
  • Manage the onboarding and implementation of new client requirements for APAC region in collateral operations
  • Work closely with the technology organization to determine product/process feasibility
  • Work on global strategic projects for automation and risk reduction including AI initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a related role within collateral operations or security services with exposure to client implementations or project management
  • Client onboarding experience
  • Project management / business analyst experience working on projects
  • Effective verbal and written skills
  • Effective communication and analytical skills
  • Effective relationship management skills
  • Expert level proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite
