Your Role

As a Collateral Management Analyst, you will work with us to support APAC clients collateral management requirements and projects, contributing to global strategic initiatives in the collateral space.

  • You will lead oversight of collateral operations activities managed from our India team for APAC clients, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • You will provide BAU collateral management support for APAC clients as required, leveraging your expertise to drive success.
  • You will manage the on-boarding and implementation of new client requirements for the APAC region in collateral operations, delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • You will lead end-to-end project rollouts, including business analysis, requirements writing, and testing, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • You will support client change requests for the APAC region, developing functionality to enable an automated technology workflow for supporting these requirements.
  • You will ensure adherence to project governance standards, test policies, and processes, driving quality and efficiency.
  • You will collaborate with the technology organization to determine product/process feasibility, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • You will work on global strategic projects for automation and risk reduction, including AI initiatives, driving business value and impact.
  • You will work with the operations team to ensure they are kept up-to-date with the implementation of any new functionality, providing handovers and training.
Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a related role within collateral operations or security services, with exposure to client implementations or project management.
  • Client onboarding experience, with a proven track record of successful onboarding and implementation.
  • Project management/business analyst experience, working on projects that deliver business value and impact.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite, with a strong understanding of business applications and systems.
