Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Collateral Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our clients' collateral management requirements and projects, while also contributing to global strategic initiatives in the collateral space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead oversight of collateral operations activities managed from our India team for APAC clients.
  • Support BAU collateral management activities for APAC clients where required.
  • Manage the onboarding and implementation of new client requirements for the APAC region in collateral operations.
  • Lead end-to-end rollouts, including business analysis, requirements writing, and testing, with direct client interaction.
  • Support client change requests for the APAC region, including development of functionality to enable automated technology workflows for these requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance standards, test policies/strategies, and processes.
  • Collaborate with the technology organization to determine product/process feasibility.
  • Work on global strategic projects for automation and risk reduction, including AI initiatives.
  • Partner with the operations team to ensure they are informed about the implementation of new functionality and provide handovers and training.
  • Analyze, document, and recommend enhancements to operating processes and flows.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related role within collateral operations or security services, with exposure to client implementations or project management.
  • Client onboarding experience.
  • Project management/business analyst experience working on projects.
  • Effective verbal and written skills.
  • Effective communication and analytical skills.
  • Effective relationship management skills.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
