AI Transformation Specialist

We're looking for a skilled professional to provide technical and subject matter expertise to innovative companies. You will collaborate with our Sales team to understand clients' business needs, craft AI-first strategies, and ensure customers maximize value by implementing automation across their organization.

About You / Qualifications
3+ years of strategy/management/technology consulting and/or pre-sales engineering experience. Working knowledge of APIs and common understanding of SaaS platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong relationship-building skills; experience developing technical champions and engaging with VP-level stakeholders is a plus. Reliable, resilient team player with a startup mentality; able to deliver on commitments while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Generative AI implementation experience is a strong asset.

Responsibilities / Outcomes
Lead discovery sessions with customers and prospects to uncover requirements and opportunities. Use knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms to address technical questions and provide solutions. Deliver concise, value-based presentations to all levels, including C-suite. Build custom product demonstrations and sandboxes showcasing Automation-First strategy. Scope and design integrations into customers' existing technology stacks. Support pre-sales meeting quarterly revenue goals by closing new business. Support customers through implementation and going live with our product. Drive adoption and utilization of the platform to increase automated resolutions for existing customers. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to provide feedback and improve products and marketing.
