Job Title: IT Security & Compliance Engineer (Public Sector | AWS)
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced engineer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of IT compliance and security across various enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities include leading and managing project teams, validating and troubleshooting security compliance solutions, providing hands-on guidance in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting IT compliance systems, assisting in vulnerability assessments, logs management, and risk mitigation efforts for applications in data centers and cloud environments, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure all security protocols and standards are met.
Requirements include a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, minimum 5 years of experience in IT governance, security compliance, or related roles, strong knowledge of compliance standards such as CIS, DISA, and IM8, along with hands-on experience in vulnerability assessments, familiarity with cloud technologies, database management, and troubleshooting methodologies, and IT security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, or equivalent) are highly advantageous.
