Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Content Strategy Director to lead our content efforts and develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences, as well as strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement content calendars and editorial plans that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Develop and implement content distribution plans to reach target audiences.
  • Write and edit high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences, including blog posts, articles, and social media content.
  • Publish content on various channels, including websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using metrics such as engagement rates and click-through rates.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, editing, and publishing, preferably in a digital environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, including WordPress and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
