Job Title: Pharmacy Support Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the clinic and pharmacy. This includes greeting and assisting patients with general enquiries, collecting payments for clinic/pharmacy services, generating and processing invoices accurately, handling billing adjustments and issuing refunds if needed, liaising with clinic staff on visit/payment clarifications, and maintaining cashier counter tidiness & restocking stationery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle patient inquiries
  • Collect payments and process transactions accurately
  • Generate and process invoices efficiently
  • Liaise with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations


Requirements:
  • Minimum A level/Nitec/Diploma in any field
  • No prior experience required, as training will be provided
