Pharmacy Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and automation systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing inbound stock receipt, checking, and repacking, as well as processing medication orders and prescriptions in accordance with set standards. They will also be required to perform quality checks on picked medication orders and pack them for delivery.
In addition, the successful candidate will work closely with the informatics team to ensure smooth implementation of IT and automation systems. They will also be responsible for managing inventory, including performing stock replenishment, cycle counts, and stock takes.
Other responsibilities include performing billing procedures for services provided, coordinating deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients, and assisting in general housekeeping and management of pharmacy consumables.
Requirements- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in the healthcare industry
- Candidates with operations leadership experience may be considered for a senior role
- Experience in medication delivery processes, pharmacy automation setup, or outpatient pharmacy operations will be advantageous
