Sales Director for Digital Growth

As a sales director, you will forge strategic partnerships between businesses and innovative online solutions to accelerate their growth. This role offers an opportunity to develop expertise in digital sales strategies, meet ambitious sales targets, and build meaningful relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by senior management.
- Generate new leads through proactive outreach, inbound inquiries, and cold calls.
- Identify sales opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
- Conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings to propose tailored solutions.
- Stay informed on market trends through research and analysis.
- Advise business owners on leveraging digital technologies to drive growth.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics to assess client performance and recommend improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 5 years).
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive hunter mentality with a growth mindset.
- Experience with search engine optimization, search engine marketing, or social media marketing.
- Knowledge of the local business landscape.
- Prefers someone who has handled corporate clients on marketing services, website development, corporate loans, or corporate services.
