Job Title: Lab Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lab Specialist to provide technical support and maintain the daily operations of our laboratory. The successful candidate will be responsible for DNA/protein preparation, analysis, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support and maintain records in accordance with standard operation procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
  • Order and maintain stock and resources.
  • Assist in training laboratory personnel on lab procedures and equipment operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Biological Sciences/Life Sciences/Bioengineering or a related field.
  • Familiarity with basic laboratory procedures and relevant skills such as protein purification, DNA preparation, cell culture, protein chemistry, flow cytometry, and quality control.
  • Experience in handling automation platforms such as liquid handling systems is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
