Resident Civil Infrastructure Project Manager

The Senior Resident Engineer role oversees the construction and specialist engineering works related to MRT Viaduct or Road Viaduct, ensuring compliance with LTA's requirements and other authorities' regulations.
Main Responsibilities- Supervise all works relevant to MRT Viaduct or Road Viaduct construction and specialist engineering works for Roads and Viaduct.
- Maintain and control site records as per BCA Control Act.
- Perform permanent shift work or late-night supervision and project management tasks independently and energetically.
- Ensure competence in Ministry of Manpower WS requirements, including Work-At-Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW), etc.
- Prepare presentation slides using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management tools for projects updates and maintaining proper work progress record.
- Be accredited by Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) and/or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
- Possess relevant work experience in supervising LTA Projects.
- Have experiences in Viaduct, Precast & Road Works is highly preferred.
