Job Title: Product Merchandising Specialist

  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate product placement and ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to assess product performance and competition.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute product launches and promotional activities, ensuring timely execution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer preferences and trends.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet consumer demands.
  • Prepare reports on product performance, sales trends, and merchandising effectiveness.
  • Develop strategic plans for product categories.
  • Establish strong retailer/supplier relationships.
  • Develop a product mix that meets customers' needs and brand imaging requirements.
  • Develop and implement promotional plans.
  • Implement competitive pricing strategies.
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
  • Monitor sales activities and report to management.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates welcome.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
