Job Title: Product Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all product displays and merchandising strategies meet brand guidelines and company expectations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and oversee the rollout of new product launches and coordinate promotional events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all product displays and merchandising strategies meet brand guidelines and company expectations.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to evaluate product trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Oversee the rollout of new product launches and coordinate promotional events and campaigns.
  • Work with the sales team to gather insights on customer preferences and market shifts.
  • Monitor stock levels and work with relevant teams to ensure adequate inventory supply.
  • Compile and analyze data to produce regular reports on product performance and sales trends.
  • Assist in developing category-specific plans that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster partnerships with retail and supply partners to strengthen business relationships.
  • Manage product assortments to align with customer expectations and brand positioning.
  • Contribute to the development of promotional calendars and pricing strategies.
  • Track sales activities and prepare relevant performance reports for management.
  • Stay updated on competitor movements, new products, and changes in market conditions.

Requirements:
