Job Title: Clinical Informatics Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Informatics Strategist to lead our team in implementing Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) system.

This role will play a key part in driving the adoption and optimization of the new system, ensuring our users are equipped to provide safe patient care, cutting-edge research, and world-class education.

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project scope definition, training objectives, and measurable deliverables with application leads.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a key liaison between clinical, IT, and operational teams to define project scope, training objectives, and measurable deliverables.
  • Training Programme Design: Design, develop, and manage a comprehensive training program that ensures end-user readiness across all institutions and departments.
  • Training Initiatives Planning and Delivery: Lead planning, scheduling, and delivery of training initiatives in alignment with project timelines and organizational priorities.
  • Training Effectiveness Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
  • 8 Years of Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in clinical information systems, IT project management, and preferably in a healthcare environment, including at least 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
  • Clinical Workflows Understanding: A strong understanding of clinical workflows and project coordination is essential for success in this role.
  • Epic Electronic Medical Record System Certification: Certification in the Epic Electronic Medical Record system application is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
