Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Category Leader to drive strategic growth and innovation within our Puja category.

  • Create an annual business calendar that aligns with company objectives.
  • Develop authentic puja offerings, lead product roadmap improvements, enhance user experience, and ensure devotee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Supply, and Marketing to optimize strategies for discovery, personalization, fulfillment, and marketing.

Key Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in category management or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, customer-centric approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead teams towards common goals.
