Job Description:

As a skilled baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality breads, including sourdoughs, baguettes, and specialty loaves. You will adhere to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every batch.

You will oversee the mixing, fermentation, shaping, and baking processes, ensuring that all products meet our visual and taste standards before distribution. This role requires attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Oversee the mixing, fermentation, shaping, and baking processes.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure all products meet our visual and taste standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Work closely with fellow bakers and kitchen staff to optimize production schedules and meet daily targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will possess a diploma or high school diploma, as well as at least one year of working experience in related fields. They must also be proficient in English and able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
