Key Responsibilities:

  • Process online receipts and updates within the system
  • Distribute purchase orders after obtaining necessary signatures
  • Receive daily items and notify end-users for collection, including unboxing and distributing wooden crates
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • A minimum of NITEC or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A positive working attitude and ability to work independently
