
Purchase Order Administrator

- Manage and maintain accurate records of purchase orders
- Issue purchase orders to vendors and oversee their fulfillment
- Maintain alignment between purchase orders, delivery documents, and invoices
- Process online receipts and updates within the system
- Distribute purchase orders after obtaining necessary signatures
- Receive daily items and notify end-users for collection, including unboxing and distributing wooden crates
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by management
- A minimum of NITEC or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A positive working attitude and ability to work independently
