Chief Technical Solution Designer

We are seeking an experienced System Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing complex system architectures that meet the needs of our clients.

• Architecture Evaluation & Advisory: Assess and interpret the end-to-end architecture of complex systems, identifying areas for improvement and providing strategic guidance on modernization, scalability, and resilience.
• Complexity Management: Identify technical dependencies, constraints, and risks across systems; advise on approaches to simplify integration, reduce technical debt, and improve architectural cohesion.
• Architecture Coaching & Enablement: Mentor client architects, engineering leads, and technical teams on best practices, governance processes, and decision-making frameworks for sustainable system evolution.
• Security & Compliance Oversight: Review security posture across multiple architecture layers, ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards through clear guidance and architectural safeguards.
• Network & Infrastructure Advisory: Provide high-level guidance on network topology, infrastructure models, and connectivity approaches to ensure performance, resilience, and scalability in critical environments.
• Interoperability & Standards Guidance: Recommend architectural patterns, protocols, and design principles that promote system interoperability, maintainability, and adaptability over time.
• Stakeholder Facilitation: Lead architecture-focused workshops, mediate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and build consensus on design decisions.

A typical day may involve reviewing the current architecture of a hybrid edge-cloud system, identifying integration risks and opportunities, facilitating a workshop on improving interoperability and resilience across embedded devices, networks, and cloud platforms, advising senior technology leaders on architectural trade-offs for enhancing security posture while maintaining operational agility, documenting key architectural recommendations, updating the decision log for governance purposes, and preparing materials for coaching sessions.

• Architecture Assessment: Conduct high-level evaluations of complex systems to identify strengths, weaknesses, and risks, and provide strategic guidance on modernization, scalability, and resilience.
• Interoperability & Integration: Advise on patterns and practices that allow diverse systems to work together seamlessly, and help clients navigate dependencies, reduce integration risk, and establish standards for long-term interoperability and adaptability.
• Consulting & Enablement: Act as a capability builder by equipping client teams with the frameworks, governance models, and architectural thinking they need to succeed, delivering value through coaching, workshops, and advisory sessions.
• Facilitation/Change Management: Serve as a neutral facilitator who brings together business and technical stakeholders to make informed, balanced architectural decisions, promoting alignment, managing trade-offs, and engaging leadership to ensure architecture choices are adopted and sustained across the organization.
• Certifications (Preferred): AWS Solutions Architect, AWS/Azure IoT certifications, TOGAF, CIoTSP, Azure Solutions Architect, CCNP/CCIE, Kubernetes CKA, CISSP, or equivalent in architecture, cloud, networking, and security.
