**Job Title:** Senior Contract Manager
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing contracts and vendors, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Management:
- Administer contract management processes, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
- Maintain a centralized contract repository, tracking key milestones and deadlines.
- Develop and implement effective contract inventory management strategies.
- Vendor Management:
- Oversee vendor onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Monitor vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute vendor governance strategies.
- Invoice Management:
- Process and track invoices from vendors, ensuring accurate payment and compliance with company policies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in a senior role.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract administration, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
