Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to lead our tendering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and be able to develop effective strategies to secure high-value contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, from bid identification to submission. This includes developing tendering strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements, and leading a team of tendering professionals.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information for tender submissions, reviewing and approving final tender documents, and monitoring the market for potential bidding opportunities.

Negotiation skills are essential, as the successful candidate will need to negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients. Regular updates and reports on tendering activities and outcomes will be provided to senior management.

Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying/M&E or other related discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in M&E or ELV tendering
  • Proven track record of successfully securing high-value contracts
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities
