Job Title: Contract Management Professional

About the Role:

The Senior Contract Specialist is responsible for overseeing project control of pre and post-contract duties, including quantity surveying management. The role requires close liaison with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of projects. Weekly and monthly reporting of cost reconciliations and accruals is also a key responsibility.

Closely collaborating with project teams, the Senior Contract Specialist will be responsible for procurement via outsourcing and analysis of tender submissions, recommending preferred bidders to management. Close attention to time bars administration and adherence to the group's contract management plan and protocols are essential.

A key aspect of this role is effective management of sub-subcontractors, requiring knowledge of local and international standard forms of contracts. This involves professional representation of the company in contractual matters, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to manage competing priorities. A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering, combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role for construction projects, is required.
