Job Description

As a key player in our sales team, the Sales Director for Growth Markets will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales plans to optimize product line growth and minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our presence in new markets.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure continued revenue growth and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing and achieve sales revenue goals.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably with team management experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
  • Strong initiative, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work under pressure.
