Job Title: Kitchen Maintenance Specialist

The Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. This key member of our team will work independently, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and maintain excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect used dishes, utensils, and plates from various areas of the kitchen.
  • Sort and rinse dirty dishes, utensils, and plates to ensure they are free from food residue and debris.
  • Operate dishwashing machines or wash items by hand using a combination of hot water and cleaning agents.
  • Organize and keep cleaned dishes and utensils in a clean and tidy manner for easy access by staff members.
  • Clear rubbish and dispose of kitchen waste to maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.

Requirements:
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good team player with a mature, self-motivated attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
