**Job Title:** Kitchen Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide essential support to our chefs and cooks, ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting ingredients according to recipes.
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Assisting Staff: Provide support to chefs and cooks with various tasks during meal preparation, including maintaining inventory and managing stock levels.
- Inventory & Stocking: Unload deliveries, store ingredients, check expiration dates, and report items needed for replenishment to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen tidy and organized, including floors, appliances, and storage areas, to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
- Health & Safety: Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times to protect staff, customers, and our reputation.
