Job Title: Senior Kitchen Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare menu dishes (starters, main courses, desserts, deli items, and cold dishes) according to recipes and ingredient quantities provided in company manuals. This includes receiving raw materials, assessing their freshness, and storing them according to FDA norms.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the service area to ensure proper service timing and fulfill customer requests. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your workstation and shared spaces, using appropriate tools and equipment for each task while operating safely.
  • Inventory Management: Proactively signal depleted products/ingredients, check expirations, and compile reports on daily stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure each dish is crafted with precision and attention to detail, performing decorations and plating according to company presentation and quality standards.
