Job Title: Senior Digital Transformation Consultant

  • This position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in Digital Transformation, specifically in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
  • The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of total experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in this area.
  • A key responsibility of this role will be to work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop strategies for digital transformation.
  • The successful candidate will also have expertise in working with the Atlassian product suite, including Jira and Confluence, as well as HP ALM and Test Cases in Zephyr.
  • In addition, they will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and documenting them into User Stories with system specifications for use by technical teams during design and development in Agile Frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role, which involves working across technical and non-technical teams.
  • The ideal candidate will also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • They will be required to work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines.
  • The successful candidate will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Digital Transformation, and to apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Digital Transformation experience in Banking industry
  • Strong proficiency in Data Mapping, test case creation and review, and interpreting test results and outcomes
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience working with the Atlassian product suite, specifically Jira and Confluence
  • Experience managing IT Defects in Enterprise JIRA, HP ALM, and Test Cases in Zephyr
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and document them into User Stories with system specifications
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
