Digital Transformation Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate collaboration and research across departments to identify digital system requirements driven by strategy and customer needs.
  • Analyze current business processes for opportunities to leverage technology.
  • Develop strategic plans for short- and long-term digital transformation with senior management.
  • Evaluate the business value and feasibility of requirements.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital transformation projects.
  • Ensure timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Manage resources efficiently.
  • Utilize systematic operations and data monitoring to enhance processes continuously.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose optimization measures.
  • Address risks related to digital transformation projects.
  • System Operations and Maintenance:
  • Perform daily system monitoring, user access management, and troubleshooting.
  • Document system configurations and operational procedures for a knowledge base.
  • Coordinate vendor support for bug resolution and system enhancements.
  • Evaluate new technologies.
  • Provide training to various user groups.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digitalization, project management, or IT management.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation strategies, project management, and business process management.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with team spirit and leadership competence.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Chinese is an advantage.
