To be part of the Digital Transformation team and work closely with the business units (BUs) to drive relationship-based consultative approach in order to enhance the businesses with digital solutions and spearhead digital transformation projects. Leverage company extensive knowledge base/business networks and bring distinctive insights and new ideas to drive the digital transformation projects.
- To understand the individual businesses, pain points, recommend solutions and build the business together with continual client discussions, technical consulting skills along with excellent business acumen.
- To develop short-term and long-term strategy in support of growth and revenue targets upon investment; Communicate various options, articulate quick wins, and tactics to realize immediate benefits of digital transformation for the respective business/service.
- To develop tech roadmap for business transformation with strong digital mindset and working with technology partners
- To understand adequate depth and breadth of emerging technologies - such as Machine/Deep Learning and Blockchain - in the market and propose benefits, trade-offs and implementation strategies to the business stakeholders.
- To build innovative consumer-centric service models and revenue models with the proposed digital transformation ideas for the respective businesses.
- To communicate and closely work with digital transformation team and share the visions and directions while develop new business models and/or enhance operational processes for retail assets
- To continuously stay curious and up to date with the market trends/evolving tech to propose solutions for various company businesses across different domains
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or Digital related degrees
- Min. 5 to 8 years of successful track record in Consultancy or Digital Transformation experience in wide industries such as healthcare, mobility, infra, energy, materials, food, renewables, consumer platforms and etc.
- Ability to interact with various business users, senior management, IT teams and external vendors effectively. Experience in working with range of clients and wider business practices, design and strategic projects.
- Experience in emerging technologies will be added advantage (Cloud/ AI/ Analytics)
- Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical language. Be able to articulate and passionately present digital concepts to stakeholders with excellent analytical, logical and abstract reasoning skills
- Ability to inspire and promote an entrepreneurial spirit of resourcefulness and adaptability across the organization while portraying a professional image
- Ability to provide operational process and business process chart and optimize process to increase efficiency
- Proven leadership skills and emotional intelligence to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts and build consensus
- Able to travel overseas based on the requirement
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong social skills, resourceful and proactive team player
- Experience in working with cutting edge tech
