Experienced Interior Fit-out Design Lead

A seasoned professional is required to lead and manage our design department, overseeing team performance, output quality, and project timelines. This role demands a strong technical background and site knowledge, with exceptional communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement interior fit-out designs that meet carpentry and project standards.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate effectively with main contractors, developers, and factory teams to resolve design and technical issues.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with the Contracts, Procurement, and Project departments to support overall project delivery.
- Supervise drawing review and approval processes to ensure high levels of design accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide leadership in problem-solving, decision-making, and maintaining high levels of design accuracy and efficiency.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out or carpentry-related design.
- Proven leadership and team management experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal departments and external stakeholders (main-con, developers, factory, etc.).
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and factory teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of carpentry construction drawings is essential.
