Interior Fit-out Design Manager Role Summary


As a seasoned Interior Fit-out Design Manager, you will lead and direct our design team in delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement interior fit-out designs that meet project standards and quality expectations.
  • Lead project meetings, coordinate with main contractors, developers, and factory teams to resolve design and technical issues.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with the Contracts, Procurement, and Project departments to support overall project delivery.
  • Supervise drawing review and approval processes to ensure high levels of design accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership in problem-solving, decision-making, and maintaining high levels of design accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out or carpentry-related design.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and factory teams.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of carpentry construction drawings is essential.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you should possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team to achieve project goals.
