Job Title: Interior Fit-out Design Manager
A skilled Interior Fit-out Design Manager is required to lead and manage our design department, overseeing team performance, output quality, and project timelines. This role requires a strong technical background and site knowledge, with excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement interior fit-out designs that meet carpentry and project standards.
  • Lead project meetings and coordinate effectively with main contractors, developers, and factory teams to resolve design and technical issues.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with the Contracts, Procurement, and Project departments to support overall project delivery.
  • Supervise drawing review and approval processes to ensure high levels of design accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership in problem-solving, decision-making, and maintaining high levels of design accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements :
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out or carpentry-related design.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal departments and external stakeholders (main-con, developers, factory, etc.).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and factory teams.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of carpentry construction drawings is essential.
