We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Data Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maritime intelligence team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining cutting-edge data and AI solutions.

Job Description

You will collaborate with product teams to design, build, and deploy data pipelines, APIs, and AI workflows that drive business growth and innovation. Your work will help revolutionize the global shipping industry by leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous orchestration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in data engineering, API development, or building data-driven AI solutions at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and ML, including working with LLMs, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and developing agentic workflows using frameworks such as Google's ADK, LangChain, or similar.
  • Proficiency in database management, including schema design, migration, and optimization, with strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Expertise in Python with a strong track record of building production-grade data pipelines, APIs, and AI services; additional experience in R and Bash is a plus.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms and DevOps, including containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and managing infrastructure for production systems (networking, autoscaling, and monitoring).
