Job Title: Programme Facilitators

- Our team seeks motivated and caring individuals to lead engaging programmes for clients with dementia, either one-to-one or in groups, based on their preferences and needs. ">
- Clients will receive a warm welcome and introduction to our services by the successful applicant. ">
- We require applicants who can apply the principles of person-centred care effectively. ">
- The Programme Facilitator will source necessary materials and equipment for daily activities. ">
- They will also monitor the supply and condition of these resources and assist with procurement as needed. ">
- The successful applicant will carry out other duties assigned by management. ">

- ">
- A minimum qualification of GCE 'O' Levels or higher is required. ">
- Applicants should be passionate about dementia care and enjoy working with people. ">
- They should possess hands-on skills in baking, arts & crafts, flower arrangement, singing, dancing, etc. ">
- Applicants must be gentle and patient. ">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, is essential. ">
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a responsible team is crucial. ">
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, are vital for success in this role. ">
- Prior experience working in dementia care is highly desirable. ">
