Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and innovation, and be able to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to offer acceptance.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines during selection and assessment, research and experiment with sourcing tools and techniques, and build talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.

The role would suit a seasoned recruiter who enjoys autonomy and partnering with the business, and is able to influence senior stakeholders and build trust across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines
  • Research and experiment with sourcing tools and techniques
  • Build talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years' experience in tech recruitment, ideally with a fast-paced tech firm, consultancy, or headhunting agency.

Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring when required, entrepreneurial mindset with a flair for innovation and problem-solving, and able to influence senior stakeholders and build trust across teams.
