Human Resources Strategist
This is a senior-level position overseeing the entire human resources function. It encompasses all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, insurance, policy development, and employee engagement.
The role ensures compliance with international labour laws across the organization and provides strategic guidance to senior management. A key aspect of this role is managing end-to-end recruitment processes that cover all subsidiaries in a streamlined manner to hire top talent.
Other responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing programs for payroll and employee benefits that meet the needs of employees while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Drafting and implementing HR policies that maintain a positive work environment and ensure compliance.
- Ensuring labour law compliance by staying up-to-date with changing regulations and aligning operations accordingly.
- Collaborating with senior management to align HR initiatives with business strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, policy development, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
