Senior Mechanical Quality Assurance Expert

Job Description:
As a quality assurance and control (QA/QC) specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough quality inspections, coordinate non-destructive testing, and implement robust QA/QC management systems at our project sites.
You will distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors and compile comprehensive site quality control instructions. Additionally, you will attend weekly QA/QC meetings with site and client teams to discuss quality issues and ensure that all parties are aware of their responsibilities.
Other key responsibilities include consulting with the QA/QC lead on nonconformance reports, undertaking corrective action, and participating in internal and external audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum years of relevant working experience in QA/QC and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of Universal Standard codes such as ASME, API, AWS, NACE, and DSEN.
